ACCOUNT & DATA DELETION
You can delete your eVisas account and the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains how, what gets removed, and what is retained for legal reasons.
DELETE FROM INSIDE THE APP
Open the eVisas mobile app and sign in.
Go to Profile → Account Settings.
Scroll to Danger Zone and tap Delete account.
Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Permanently delete my account.
Deletion takes effect immediately. You'll be signed out of every device and your sign-in credentials (including any linked Google or Apple accounts) will be removed.
DELETE BY EMAIL (IF YOU CAN'T USE THE APP)
Send a deletion request from the email address registered to your account to support@evisas.com. We verify the request against your registered email and complete the deletion within 30 days.
WHAT GETS DELETED
Your profile (name, email, phone number, date of birth)
Sign-in credentials and any linked Google or Apple sign-in
All active sessions across every device
Draft visa applications that were never submitted
Uploaded documents and photos attached only to draft applications
WHAT IS RETAINED
Submitted visa applications, payment records, and related correspondence are retained as required by anti-fraud, tax, and financial-services regulations in the jurisdictions where eVisas operates. These records are no longer linked to your identity — your personal details on the account are anonymized at the time of deletion.
Typical retention period: up to 7 years for financial and identity-verification records, depending on jurisdiction.
