If you stay in Azerbaijan for more than 15 calendar days, you (or your hotel on your behalf) must register your address with the State Migration Service within the first 15 days of arrival. Most hotels handle this registration automatically as part of check-in, free of charge. Kazakhstani citizens have a 30-day grace window.
