What fellow traveler said about the visa application with us
Booked an all-inclusive at Varadero. eVisas team caught the photo background issue before submitting, fixed it on the spot. Approved on Priority in 5 days.
Cuban-born, now Spanish citizen. They explained the dual-passport rule clearly. I renewed my Cuban passport first then used it directly, no eVisa needed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Cuba migrated from the legacy paper Tourist Card (the pink/green Tarjeta del Turista distributed by airlines and consulates) to a fully digital eVisa. The Tourist Card was withdrawn on 30 June 2025 and from 1 January 2026 the eVisa became the only valid entry document for nationalities that need a visa. Apply at the official portal evisacuba.cu, receive a PDF with a 10-character verification code by email, and present it (along with your passport) at any Cuban port of entry. Processing is typically 72 hours through the official portal. eVisas are single-entry, valid for 90 days from issue, and allow a stay of up to 90 days, extendable once for another 90 inside Cuba.
