You are required to sign up to use our services. When you register, you agree to keep your password private, and you are responsible for everything that happens with your account and password. We can remove, take back, or change your username if we decide, in our sole discretion, that your username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise not acceptable.

As a User, You agreed to the following scenarios and commit to provide any kind of cooperation needed as per the situation:

• ICA may request additional documents during the visa verification or processing stage. The User commits to cooperating fully and providing the requested documents as needed.
• The processing time set by ICA may vary at any time without prior notice, and the User accepts these changes.
• All information provided in the visa application is the User's responsibility. The User declares that all information is correct, accurate, and current, and acknowledges that any false information may result in visa denial without refund.
• The User agrees to comply with all laws and regulations regarding the use of drugs and political conduct in the destination country.
• The User accepts to abide by all provisions in the Immigration Act and any other relevant local laws, and agrees not to engage in any criminal activity during their stay.
• The User shall not undertake any form of paid or unpaid employment unless authorized under the visa terms.
• Overstaying the validity of the visa may result in penalties, including fines, deportation, or future entry restrictions, all of which are the sole responsibility of the User.
• The User understands that being granted a visa does not guarantee entry into the country, as final admission is at the sole discretion of immigration authorities at the port of entry.

We will keep certain data you send to our Services to manage and improve them. We also keep data related to how you use our Services. While we regularly back up data, you are responsible for all data you send or that relates to your activities on our Services. We are not liable for any loss or damage to your data, and you waive any right to take legal action against us for such issues.

We bill you through an online billing account for purchases made via the Services. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in U.S. dollars unless agreed otherwise.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment, and to refuse any order placed through the Services.

For customers paying via bank transfer, please note that processing of your visa application will only commence upon receipt and confirmation of your payment in our account. Bank transfers may take several business days to reflect, depending on the originating bank and the destination.

To avoid delays, please ensure your bank transfer reference includes your full name and order number. Send a copy of the remittance receipt to support@evisas.com immediately after the transfer is initiated.

Visa Services

If your visa application is denied by the issuing authority, the government fee paid as part of the application is non-refundable. The processing fee charged by eVisas is also non-refundable once the application has been submitted, as our team has already performed the work of preparing and submitting the application on your behalf.

We are not entitled to provide a reason for visa denial issued by ICA or any equivalent immigration authority. We act solely as a facilitator and have no influence over the outcome of any application.

If you choose to cancel your application before it has been submitted to the relevant authority, a partial refund of the service fee may be provided, less any work already performed. Once submitted, the service fee is non-refundable.

Other Services

• Hotel Booking Service Fees: Service fees for hotel bookings are non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed. Refunds for the booking itself, if any, are subject to the hotel's cancellation policy.
• Flight Booking Service Fees: Service fees for flight bookings are non-refundable once tickets have been issued. Refunds for the airfare itself, if any, are subject to the airline's fare rules.
• Other Additional Services: Fees for other additional services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be refunded only when the service has not yet been performed.

Refusal Protection

The Refusal Protection ensures peace of mind by offering a complete refund if the government denies your visa application. This feature helps protect your investment, reducing the risk associated with the application process. You'll receive a full refund of the visa fee with no hidden charges, providing you with a secure and transparent service. The refusal protection fee however is nonrefundable.
